Local Yarn Store Day

Saturday, April 27, 2019 is so close. Do you have your patterns ready? Or will you purchase them along with your yarn tomorrow?

Local Yarn Store Day has so many ways to participate.

Here are links to my Local Yarn Stores, I will be visiting both of them.

3 Kittens Needle Arts in Mendota Heights and The Yarnery on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. And in case you are unable to travel on Saturday The Yarnery has FREE DELIVERY in the Twin Cities area! Who knew?

Take time to plan your day.

First, plan to GO, GO, GO!! It is so wonderful to be able to see the colors and feel the textures in person. GO! And support the fact that the store is here, close by, and let’s you come in and touch all the skeins of yarn you want!

Second, if you need a pattern, Vogue Knitting is having a pattern sale. Up to 75% off of some patterns

Third, enjoy! This is not the time to take the uninterested toddler, or the husband who does not appreciate the selection of yarn process. Not everybody enjoys the process, this is not a reflection on them, just saying, pick your shopping buddies carefully.

And if I expand just a few more miles there are so many more wonder shops to visit.

StevenBe in Minneapolis is a shopping adventure of its own.

Knitting From The Heart is in Woodbury, they have a great selection of yarn and needles.

Darn Knit Anyway is in Stillwater and has a fun selection of creative projects and yarns.

There are more in the area! These are some of my favorites.
